Our Philosophy
From never getting a massage to massage enthusiast.
Hello my name is Patty and I am someone who sometimes forgets to take time to rest and rejuvenate myself. We all get caught up with life and everyday stresses, and can neglect checking in with our bodies to see how we are feeling. I finally took the time to book a massage when I needed a little step up a few years ago, and I realized what a powerful tool it can be to our overall health. Our bodies are big parts of who we are, and I wanted to learn how to take care of myself and honor this body I was given, and I hope to help others reconnect with their bodies in ways we aren't typically taught how to do.
I graduated from Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School in 2026 and it changed the way I viewed health and wellness. I believe reducing stress and maintaining motion are big parts of how we can live healthy lives, and manual therapy can relieve tension held in muscles and activate the parasympathetic nervous system to help achieve this. My approach to body work is slow and intentional. I will start with calming your nervous system with light stokes, rocking, and warming up the body. One of my greatest strengths is combining functionality with relaxation. Just let yourself rest and let your tissues melt away years of tension and pain. Your body knows what feels right, and sometimes the patterns need to be broken to help it remember what a healthy normal is. In your session we will cultivate the plan to address the patterns that we can affect to boost your overall health and achieve your better, healthier, self.

Ways We Treat
If you are working on resolving a certain issue that you have, we can focus on it or incorporate that into a regular therapeutic session. Here is a list of things I can help with:

Plantar Fascitis
Massage can help mobilize plantar fascia if you are experiencing pain with this condition.

Surgery Recovery
Massage can help break down surgery scars that can limit circulation and movement.

Carpal Tunnel
Massage can help loosen certain muscles that impinge nerves in the arm that cause this condition.

Tight Diaphragm
Massage can help release a tight diaphragm that inhibits breathing and can lead to postural issues.

Tennis Elbow
Massage can help relieve tension around the elbow that limits elbow articulation and promotes general loosening around the area.

Low Back & Sciatic Pain
Massage can help lengthen compressed muscles in this area and mobilization can help those muscles stay relaxed.
